Christmas Information

1. OPENING HOURS

We will be closed from Friday 20th December, until Wednesday 1st January. Normal opening hours will resume from Thursday 2nd January onwards. In this brief closure period we will be relocating premises and therefore will not be shipping orders.

Please note, orders through the website during this closure period will be shipped from reopening on Thursday 2nd January. We will be offering a 'no-rush' delivery method which is 7-10 working days.

2. DELIVERY INFORMATION

The final dates that we are able to send out products for guaranteed UK mainland delivery in time for Christmas are:

Standard Delivery: Wednesday 18th December (10am)
Next Day Delivery: Thursday 19th December (10am)

3. EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD

Unwanted or unsuitable items purchased between 1st November 2024 and 24th December 2024 can be returned until 31st January 2025. Please ensure that all returns within this extended period adhere to our Returns Policy.
